Yoga sessions

We had our first yoga session on Friday, when we imitated a tiger, turtle and snake, then transformed into a lotus tree and flower. Thanks to Ms. Nandine and her team for a great introduction into basic yoga positions and meditation for kids. This helped us learn how to balance in the tree position and calm our minds in the lotus position before beginning our studies. At the end, we also danced together. Thanks for a really special day!
