Volunteers POTA from Slovenia

Soraja, Spela, Rebecca, Veronika and Tina, young volunteers from Slovenia (POTA), inspired us with their great ideas that resulted in our dancing, singing, and creating as well as learning useful English while we were at it. Despite the monsoon vagging its tail, they visited the homes of our children, cheered us up with small gifts and stationery, and made us smile with their sense of humour. We have taught them some Bengali letters in return and showed them how to make a doll from jute, fans and earrings from paper. Although we come from different cultural backgrounds, we were bound by love, warmth and desire to spend a few days of our lives together. Thank you for your time, effort, until we meet again!
