There’s an old Slovenian proverb that says: ‘The more languages you speak, the greater your worth.’ And we believe that our school did a great job of following that old wisdom this week! Our volunteers from Slovenia busied themselves teaching our students some basics of German while we spoke to each other mostly in English and supplemented it all with an amplitude of non-verbal communication and humour. Thanks to Polona and Urška, who learned, exercised and played with us!
