Our school was delighted to celebrate International Yoga Day. Students and staff came together to practise a variety of yoga poses and breathing exercises, taking time to reflect on the importance of caring for both our physical and mental well-being.
Yoga teaches us balance, focus, discipline, and inner peace—values that support us not only in learning but also in our everyday lives. Through this activity, we once again highlighted the importance of a healthy lifestyle and the value of taking care of ourselves.
We were happy to spend this special day together, celebrating in a spirit of health, connection, and well-being.
