Educational Excursion to Murshidabad

Our students from Classes 8 to 10 recently went on a two-day educational excursion to Murshidabad, a city rich in history and culture.

During the trip, students visited several important historical sites such as the Hazarduari Palace, known for its grand architecture, the Kathgola Palace and the Nashipur Rajbari, which reflect the opulence of the past, as well as the historic Katra Mosque. They also explored the House of Jagat Seth, associated with the famous banking family, saw the impressive Jahan Kosha Cannon, and visited Motijheel Park, an area of great historical importance.

Walking through these places brought their textbook lessons to life and helped them develop a deeper understanding of history beyond the classroom.

The excursion was not only educational but also a wonderful opportunity for students to learn through experience, build friendships, and develop independence. The two days were filled with curiosity, excitement, and meaningful learning.

Such trips play an important role in shaping well-rounded learners by combining knowledge, exploration, and real-world connection.
