We very much  enjoyed the  workshop “Images of Men”, where we were exploring gender roles in our culture through different creative activities.  A sincere thanks  to ThinkArts for their efforts to bring such a wonderful workshop to our girls in Piali.      

A very special day in India is celebrated on September 5, when it is Teachers ’Day. On this day, the students make an effort to prepare a really special celebration for their teachers, from cultural points to small gifts and a delicious lunch.

Together with a group of our budding teenagers, we went to the sea. Most of them saw the sea for the first time. Together, we spent a wonderful time filling our bodies, hearts, and souls with freshness, positivity, and strength for the challenges ahead.

We decided to take under our wing during the second quarantine period some of our girls who live at home in very bad conditions, which was worsened by the re-quarantine situation.
